Referral transparency
Advertising and Referral Disclosure
How Keystone Sewer Connect’s referral model, provider relationships, and compensation work.
What to establish
- A connection service
- Independent providers
- Clear responsibilities
Keystone Sewer Connect is an advertising and referral service, not a plumbing contractor. We help consumers seek connections with independent service providers and may receive compensation for calls, referrals, or resulting business.
Independent providers
Providers are separate businesses. They control their availability, staff, credentials, inspection, diagnosis, pricing, scope, schedule, contract, payment terms, and workmanship. A referral does not create employment, partnership, or agency between the provider and Keystone Sewer Connect.
No guarantee or endorsement
A connection does not guarantee that a provider is available, will accept a project, offers a particular method, meets a particular arrival time, or will quote a particular price. Consumers should independently evaluate a provider before authorizing work.
Your decision
- Confirm provider identity and contact details.
- Verify licenses, registrations, and insurance applicable to the scope.
- Review diagnosis evidence and alternatives.
- Obtain written price, scope, exclusions, permits, restoration, and warranty terms.
- Direct service and workmanship concerns to the provider named in the agreement.
