Keystone Sewer Connect helps homeowners seek a connection with independent plumbing professionals. We do not inspect property, employ the provider, set the provider’s price, or perform plumbing work.
1. Describe the property and problem
Call with the full address and ZIP code, fixtures affected, timing, and any earlier inspection or clearing. Coverage and provider availability are checked for the request.
2. Confirm the provider and visit
If a connection is available, confirm the provider’s business name, arrival details, assessment or dispatch charge, licensing and insurance relevant to the work, and what the first visit includes.
3. Review the provider’s recommendation
The independent provider diagnoses the condition and proposes work. Ask for the evidence, scope, price, permits, restoration, exclusions, and workmanship terms in writing before authorization.
